On behalf of the Lao Association on Dam (LAD), I am honored to extend my warmest greetings to you. Our country is blessed with abundant water resources, and it is our responsibility to ensure that these resources are managed effectively, safely, and sustainably for the benefit of all.

LAD was established to promote dam safety, sustainable hydropower development, and responsible water resource management. We serve as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and advocacy, bringing together professionals, organizations, and communities with a common purpose: to enhance dam infrastructure and safeguard lives, livelihoods, and ecosystems.
